Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Purpose

To form an integral and key part in C&I Dubai team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible and accountable for sales cycle and to ensure proper coordination with Sales Manager and various inter department for smooth workflow and reports the month end financial figures of the BU to General Manager.

 

Job Description

  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements by direct visits.
  • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information & solutions.
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers who could benefit from company’s products in the designated region and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
  • Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Achieve sales and market share growth and defined sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and with existing clients.
  • Prepare sales quotes and negotiate prices and increase quotation closing ratios.
  • Assist in payment collections.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

 

Experience & Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in HVAC Accessories (Fans, Ducts, Grills &Diffusers).
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office applications and English Language.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target.
  • Candidates with existing contacts or established customer base will have added advantage.
  • Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility.
  • High-energy personality with go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry.
  • Able to uphold confidentiality.
  • UAE driving license is a must.

Job Purpose

The Sales Leader will be responsible and accountable for sales cycle and to ensure proper coordination with Sales Manager and various inter department for smooth workflow and reports the month end financial figures of the BU to General Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully penetrating the Africa industry by achieving the annual sales and aftermarket goals.
