The work is technically orientated towards bringing awareness in the Aftermarket & stake holders /end users with value of Air quality in Indoors & Proposing various IAQ Solutions of AAF & Daikin.

The role has responsibility in identifying Opportunity & evaluating complete Proposal both technically and commercially & its viability from receipt of the client’s enquiry through to the order completion & Installation as complete.

The work involves visiting existing 5-star Hotels/Universities/schools/commercial establishments & conducting pilot projects on IAQ & reporting data & proposing suitable solutions. 

The above is expected to get educated on the product range and enhance his application skills in a short period of time. This shall be achieved through a process of self-learning, company training and market exposure.

The above position will support initially UAE IAQ Solution business and eventually exchange information & success stories within GCC & ME Markets. (Provides support mainly on IAQ & Retrofit Sales Solutions/Nurturing existing accounts/education of customers via AAF Products /creating value solution approach. Direct IAQ Sales and Marketing responsibilities are always accompanied.

Identifying IAQ Opportunities for Commercial buildings /star Hotels/schools/Universities & other Important installations & Potential FM Companies & Stake Holders of Potential End users. Utilize IAQ as a service Model Process.

Creating Awareness Programs show causing Health potential dangers like SBS/BRI/Mold & other related issues in Air-conditioned space. Showing value of employee Productivity/Loss time analysis to stake Holders via discussions/PPT’s

Demonstrating with Field activity via testing & validation & conducting Pilot Projects & Total cost of ownership presentations & long term IAQ Model.

Conducting IAQ Audits & Reporting & evaluating field issues & Improvement Projects & Nurturing these accounts with Upselling to Improve IAQ with Products & Sensors. Utilizing Vision Air solution software for all Projects where necessary.

Develop relationships with current and potential end users and responsible for meeting commercial targets via AAF Solution selling Approach. Awareness/site surveys & Audits/solution sales.

Evaluation of existing Installations/find scalable designs to suite customer technical/commercial expectations. Work closely with Installers to make sure, Units are built to site requirements & installed as per customer expectations.

Providing technical Guidelines as per latest standards, building Audits & Reports Drive the full opportunity. Work closely with the DAIKIN IAQ Team & Regulators in the region.  

Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly Projects on IAQ Initiative. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term. Identify new Products to support additional sales.

Make recommendations on Regulatory Platforms & create need for Clean Air & wellbeing as per WHO/International standards.

Sr. Consulting Engineer

The role has responsibility in identifying Opportunity & evaluating complete Proposal both technically & commercially from design stage with consultants/end-user decision makers by Proposing AAF 5star Solutions/Differentiated Products for consideration to fore market opportunities.  

The above is expected to get Fully Educated on the AAF product range and enhance his application skills in a short period of time. This shall be achieved through a process of self-learning, company training and market exposure.

The above will support in meeting various consultants in UAE & Identifying active ongoing design projects in the region Via various Market information channels/ AAF Channels & via Daikin consulting sales teams & Provide various Filtration solutions independently & via AAF Daikin Consulting sales teams & Ensure these Products/solutions are flatly specified for existing/Future Projects from the tender stage.

Relationship building & nurturing existing accounts/education of customers via AAF Products /creating value Product solution approach Identifying the stages of the Project in terms of tender/JIH & meeting prospective decision makers along with the Field sales team. Identifying Potential consultants for Opportunities in HVAC for Existing/Future Projects in the Region & Stake Holders/ End users. Having a strong relationship with consultants from your Previous experience in handling similar Job Profile with other HVAC Equipment.

Emphasizing the Value of IAQ/Energy saving/Importance of Filtration to their Projects along with Total cost of ownership presentations & long-term savings Model. Conducting webinars with consultants in the Region & Influencing them towards AAF.

Providing data/case study information on historical Projects & Nurturing this potential business with stake Holders with Upselling to Improve IAQ. Creating case studies for successful Projects in the Region along with Marketing.

Sales Executive
